Yes - a booking payment confirms your booking and secures your date. The amount and payment terms depend on the selected service and are always communicated before booking. It forms part of the total price; the remaining balance is paid as agreed for your session.

Yes - please let me know as early as possible. A new date is subject to availability.

If a confirmed booking is cancelled, payments already made may be applied towards work already completed or costs already incurred, in accordance with applicable law. Not attending an agreed appointment without prior notice is treated as a cancellation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

I'm Polish, so my native language is Polish.

I also work fluently in German and English, and I'm happy to adapt to whichever language feels most comfortable for you. 🤍

What you receive depends on the experience we create together.

All sessions include professionally edited digital images delivered through a private online gallery.

Depending on your chosen experience, additional artwork such as Fine Art Prints, magazine-style layouts, albums, or bespoke products may also be available.

My goal is not simply to deliver photographs, but to create something meaningful you'll enjoy long after the session itself.

The number of included images varies depending on the experience selected.

You'll receive all details, including image quantities, available upgrades, and artwork options, in your personalised proposal before booking.

Yes - additional images can be purchased after your private gallery is delivered.

Final, retouched images are delivered through a private online gallery in approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on current workload.

No - only edited, final images. RAW files are part of my creative process and are not delivered.

Sharing your images is always your decision. Nothing is published without your prior consent, and complete confidentiality can be arranged at any time.
